Playground fun

I originally planned on taking pictures at the park. But I spotted an empty playground and the child inside me could not contain myself. Rock climbing walls, rope wall, monkey bars- I did them all. And loved it. My 5'1 frame was perfect for this playground being so short I felt like I was back in elementary school minus the bloody knees and face full of dirt.

Looking at these pictures make me believe that I really need to do this more often.

Stylemint

I finally received my Stylemint Halloween surprise purchase. I have been tracking this package online everyday obsessively. I was so happy to have gotten yesterday and I am very satisfied. The Mulholland tee in ivory and the Morning rain earrings from jewelmint.

I probably should have waited to show these items in an outfit post but I just could not contain myself. Plus the packaging is way too cute and chic to not take pictures. The red rope I will use as a bracelet for the fall. And I love the color of the jewelmint box. Thank you Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen and Kate Bosworth for making such likable items. And thanks for keeping my wallet forever empty after these purchases.

Lemon Cupcakes with Vanilla Frosting

I made lemon cupcakes with lemon frosting this week. It was delicious. I burned them a little though. Haha give me a break! I'm trying/ learning to cook. And even if I don't do good I still love doing it. What do you love to cook?

Shorts and boots in the fall

I love wearing shorts, if weather allowed me to wear them all year long I would. But I am not one of those people that wear flips flops in the winter? I hate that shit actually. Sorry. Today the weather is friendly enough for shorts and boots. Shorts from American Eagle, boots from Zara, white sweater from Old Navy, knee length socks from The Gap and necklace from Lucky Brand.
Do you ever have those days where you just NEED to spend money? I'm been having those days for the past two weeks. Its really unhealthy. And damaging to my wallet. I have a parking ticket that I have not paid for two months, but I have been buying makeup I don't use, magazines that I don't need and books I have not been reading. Oh geez. Good thing I don't have a job, then I would really be going all out.

Hoot!

I have an obsession with owls. Owl sweaters, owl earrings, owl necklace, owl figurines. Its sick really. I saw this sweater at Forever 21 and it was the only thing I could not put down. Shoes are BCBG, sweater, headband, bag, skirt all from Forever 21 and blazer from American Eagle. 
I apologize for the late response to comments and lack of posts. School is keeping me so busy, less than a month left. Pray for me blogger friends. So close, but feels so so far away!

Wearing my glasses in this post, usually I wear contacts. I'm super blind, like without them I cannot see anything, I call them eyes. Because my actually eyes are good eyes at all.

Halloween Vests and Frankenstein nails

Nathan and I found these at the local thrift shop and knew we had to buy them. We wore these for Halloween. Its weird posting pictures of my toes on here but I just could not keep this cute Frankenstein design to myself. My sister in law did them. They are so fun and I love it. This post is late considering Halloween is over sorry.
